Point B acted as Architect of Record during the design and construction of a contemporary penthouse in Downtown Austin. The interior design firm—Schoos Design, based out of LA—required local coordination and oversight for every phase of the project. Point B arranged fabrication and installation of interior materials, structural drawings, audio-visual strategy, and general construction administration. The result: an edgy, creative space where no detail is trivial.
