Connecting spaces.
The Bridge Hill residence underwent a significant remodel to the first level. The kitchen was expanded and integrated with the adjacent rooms on the main level to improve utility and socialization. Once a solid wall occupied by cabinets, the back wall of the kitchen now offers an open view of the pool in the backyard. The addition of a large moody butler’s pantry adds functionality with the inclusion of a sink, secondary fridge, and dishwasher, as well as a stylish coffee bar. The floor level of the living room was raised, and the wall of the entry removed to create a seamless flow of entertainment spaces. The dark and moody ambiance of the pantry repeats itself at the powder bath where a strategic relocation of the doorway enhanced privacy. This remodel has truly transformed Bridge Hill into a stunning and functional space.
