The Buda Office Park is an expansive set of commercial space in Buda, Texas. The project objective was to maximize tenant spaces through flexible square foot offerings, while working with height and material constraints designated within the historical district of Buda. We implemented a modular design with consistent window and masonry sizing throughout to allow the developer to seamlessly expand the office park at a later date. Potential leasers include medical practices, medical spas, architecture firms, and other high-end professional businesses.
