The Juanita House was an existing 1925 bungalow that was moved from its original location on South Congress in the 1950’s to South Austin. The scope included a renovation of the existing in a traditional style and an addition of a master suite, family room, and small kitchen in a modern juxtaposition. The program filled approximately 3500 Square Feet and includes a large main kitchen, small secondary kitchen, formal living and dining, family room, large laundry room/mudroom, master suite complete with a private screen porch, heated and chilled dunking pool, and 4 bedrooms.
